Japanese Tranquility Bowl – The  Japanese tranquility singing bowls sold at Serenity Tibet are some of the finest in the world, created by highly-skilled Japanese craftsmen.  This particular style of Japanese singing bowl has been used in Asia for centuries in practices such as:  space clearing, purifying the energy in an environment and as a tool for relaxing the mind.  One might also hear this style of bowl inviting the beginning or end of a meditation practice.  The Japanese bowls are produced with a higher copper content in their metal alloy, which gives their sound a delicacy and lightness unlike other similar bowls.  The Japanese tranquility bowls range in size from 2.75” to 5.25” and can be purchased in groups of seven (untuned/nested), individually or in a hand-tuned (nested) combination set. Imported from Japan, each comes with a cushion and striker.
