Products that are returned within 3 days of delivery will be only eligible for a full refund.
- Claims on damaged goods must be reported within three (3) business days with a photo to: info.serenitytibet@gmail.com.
- Serenity Tibet is unable to accept any returns for international orders.
- Please inspect your delivery upon receipt to make sure it has not been damaged during shipment. If your shipment has been damaged, please email at info.serenitytibet@gmail.com within 3 business days to initiate a replacement.
- Damaged goods must be reported to us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise to file an insurance claim for eligible shipments. Boxes and packing material must be saved to demonstrate the quality of our packing.
- Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned for a full refund.
- Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error is on our part (we shipped the wrong item for example).
- Buyers agrees to pay shipping costs for return/exchanges made for any other reason. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment to be eligible and will incur a 9% restocking fee.
- Returns and exchanges can take between 7-14 business days.
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Contact sales@serenitytibet.com to initiate the RMA process.
- You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request as well as a RMA number and return shipping instructions. It can take up to 5 days to receive the confirmation, RMA#, and Return Instructions.
- We generally use USPS for smaller packages and UPS Ground for larger packages. All insurance is buyer’s responsibility.
- Payment Policy – All invoices are due prior to shipping. Credit card number will be required for all invoices.
- Drop ship orders are available at an additional $18 fee per shipment.
