Products returned within 3 days of delivery will be eligible for a full refund.

  • A 9% restocking fee may apply.
  • Serenity Tibet is unable to accept any returns for international orders.
  • Please inspect your delivery upon receipt to make sure it has not been damaged during shipment. If your shipment has been damaged, please email info.serenitytibet@gmail.com within 3 business days to initiate a replacement.
  • Merchandise that has been damaged or altered by the customer cannot be returned for a full refund.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable unless the error is on our part (we shipped the wrong item for example).
  • Returns and exchanges can take between 7-14 business days.
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    • Contact sales@serenitytibet.com to initiate the RMA process.
    • You will receive a confirmation of your RMA request as well as a RMA number and return shipping instructions. It can take up to 5 days to receive the confirmation, RMA#, and Return Instructions.
  • Customers agrees to pay shipping costs for return/exchanges made for any other reason. All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of shipment to be eligible and will incur a 9% restocking fee.
